We are looking for an experienced professional to help strengthen communication and organization across our projects.
Position Overview
Heritage Builders is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to help manage communication between homeowners, office staff, and field crews.
This role ensures projects run smoothly by reviewing scopes of work, clarifying project expectations, and making sure crews and homeowners are working from the same information.
This position is ideal for someone with strong construction experience who is highly organized and communicates well with both crews and customers.
Candidates may come from the field side of construction (carpenter, foreman, crew leader) or from the office/project management side, as long as they understand residential construction and remodeling processes.
Responsibilities
• Review project scopes and job details before work begins
• Communicate project expectations to field crews
• Coordinate between homeowners, office staff, and construction teams
• Ensure materials, plans, and job details are organized and understood
• Visit job sites when necessary to verify readiness and clarify project scope
• Identify and resolve communication issues early
• Maintain organized job documentation and project information
Qualifications (Required)
• Strong experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and construction crews
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and job scopes
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to keep projects moving forward
• Valid driver's license
Experience level will influence starting salary.
Compensation & Benefits
• $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
